dear miss irresponsible,

i am reluctant to handover our (alex's too) "babies" to u..
VERY reluctant...afraid that you might nt be able to take care of them properly,
and nt being abt to shower them with the attention and care they need.

It took us so long to nurture and train them, as our colleague, parttimers,
and most importantly, friends, with some tat we look upon as our sister/brothers.

they are all so dear to me, and i can safely say i noe all of them on a personal level.

it jus took you two weeks...
and you have proven my fears.

you may not see the importance/seriousness of your irresponsibility and incompetancy

nevertheless, can you pls show more responsibility in your work.
i do not ask for the same quality.
but, at least, put more effort in planning, and getting to know your parttimers.

hv you ever put urself in their shoes?
i am sure i have mentioned the job scope and brief u in detail each and every parttimer's details.

each of us are unique, and have different qualities which needs to be taken into consideration when planning.
dont tell me i wasted my precious time doing all these little bit, reminding u time and time again..

do you noe hw much shit i have cleared for u the past week(s).
esp this weekend, when u kindly MIA, and gave me a "WTH" excuse on sunday nite
after i painsakenly settled everything for you?

WHAT have u been doing.
or should i say, WHAT HAVE U BEEN DOING RIGHT?

i really really hope i can take back my "babies" and care for them like i used to.
"scold" them wen they shld learn, look out for them when they are in vulnerable situation. keep up with their happenings..

PLS... WAKE UP AND BE MORE RESPONSIBLE!
i hate to see the team falling apart.

although i have no time for myself alr, if given the chance, i will nt hesitate to redeem back my "babies" and make sure they are well taken care of.

heartbroken

p.s: jus need to vent out...ignore the emo me..
